We had an amazing time during our stay. The hotel facilities were great with a clean and spacious room. The spa and swimming pool were also enjoyable and had a stunning view from the bar/cafe. The staff were the best aspect of our experience, with the most polite member of staff really going the extra mile to help us with any issues that arose.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The location. The pool. The facilities. All excellent. The reception was generally poor and unhelpful and to be avoided. The dining room menu was dull and monotonous (and expensive, as are the wines----but cc has a captive audience!) The breakfasts were good. All in all we enjoyed the experience but it is a long haul to travel to and there are similar options available. We tried to book with cc direct and were told by reception that it was cheaper to book through an agency. It was, by a significant amount. This must be the wrong policy! We asked about a repeat booking for 2012 and were told to go to an agency. A similar hotel we use always offers a 20% discount if one books and pays a year in advance with a full refund up to one month before arrival.

All realis&chateaux lovers, please be careful - this is not a relais&chateaux property. Looks like they had failed to purchase adjacent hotel, which is really an old manor, and decided to build a new one from scratch. Well, they did a good job, but this property does not have the feeling and athmosphere that Relais&Chateaux property should have. The doors and ceilings are modern, the decoration is more modern than classic, but the staff is very helpful and kind. I would recommend this to all travellers

the hotel's amenities provided a relaxing environment, with an indoor and outdoor pool, top-class spa, and an exquisite restaurant. Our room was impeccably clean with views that left us breathless. the bedding was plush, guaranteeing our comfort. We also appreciated the high-quality breakfast served every morning.
One issue we faced was the inconsistency in the level of service, which could use improvement in some areas.

Great location with stunning views. The restaurant's seafood buffet was amazing, fresh and the outside terraces had spectacular views of the ocean. , the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering a free shuttle service to and from the ferry, making it very convenient.
The rooms could use some improvement. Some of the rooms were unsuitable for certain guests, and plumbing problems were an issue in the newly refurbished main building.

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel. The location was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views of the sea. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the free shuttle service to and from the ferry made my travel arrangements so much easier. The room exceeded my expectations, it was spacious and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The restaurants on-site offered refined cuisine with mouthwatering desserts. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views of the surrounding area and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, willing to help with any questions or concerns. Additionally, the spa services were a nice touch, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Our experience was greatly marred by the lack of basic amenities in our room. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the lack of proper ventilation made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the room was subpar, with visible dust and debris on the floors and furniture. The noises from the adjacent rooms and outside were also very disturbing, causing frequent interruptions to our rest. the hotel failed to meet our expectations and did not deliver a satisfactory experience.
